YOGA MEETS DANCE
"Set your body, mind and spirit wildly free!"
Yoga Meets Dance(TM)  combines the sacred, sensual and silly in a fantastically freeing synergy of Hatha yoga, movement therapy, free dance movement, guided imagery, music therapy, gentle humor, community building and meditation.  For some, one class has been life-changing, as old energies which weigh one down are released and the mind is quieted.  Simple enough for all ages, shapes and sizes.  Absolutely no experience is needed.  For more information, go to www.yogameetsdance.com.

PILATES
Pilates is for everyone! It strengthens and lengthens your muscles and gives you awareness and strength for your everyday movements. Natalie's Pilates class will strengthen the core muscles, improve posture and balance, and strengthen the spine. It will also improve circulation and flexibility, calm the mind and body and provide rhythm for movement.

YOGALATES
Yogalates is a mixture of Yoga and Pilates. Workouts will focus on the core, flexibility, and posture and will include the use of workout balls and magic rings. Yoga moves and poses will be incorporated to focus on stretching, strengthening and flexibility. Yogalates offers the best of both worlds.

Hatha Yoga
This gentle but challenging class helps balance the body and mind which stretching and toning the muscles.  All poses can be modified.  Suitable for all!
