· First, we want to express appreciation to all
of our staff who are working solely for gratuity
with these appointments.
We have included an 18% gratuity key below for your convenience.
Gratuity is based on your satisfaction with your service, so you can of course leave more.

· When calling please identify yourself as a Groupon or Smart Circle card holder. We need to know this in order to provide you with the correct specialist for your appointment.
· A valid credit card number is required when booking your appointment. Our system will validate the card number and remove any appointments without a valid card on file automatically. We will only charge your card if you do not show up for an appointment that you booked or if you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Both will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Our specialists are paid per appointment that they do, and do not even make any money off of these promotions, therefore if they have four appointments scheduled in one day and two of them don't show up, our specialists have lost out on 50% of their money for the day. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
· We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Even if you have been in previously, it is necessary to present your card each time you come in before your treatment begins. Please treat these certificates as cash. If you have lost your certificate, it is the same as losing cash and we cannot provide you with any treatments. If you forget your certificate, we cannot provide you with any treatments and it will be considered a cancellation without 24 hours notice, $25 will be charged to your card.
· Please keep in mind that while doing these promotions we are very busy so if you are unable to reach us on the phone please leave a voice mail and rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as possible.
· It is imperative that we know which appointment you would like to book when calling and if you would like to indulge in any upgrades so that we may block out the appropriate amount of time.
· Smart Circle guests are saving over $180!! Savings cannot be combined with any other offers. Being that the cost of one service is the total paid for these packages, only one certificate per person is allowed. And you must be a first time customer.
· Certificates cannot be shared.
· Only one treatment per visit is allowed.
· If you are late to an appointment, you will receive the remainder of your appointment time only as we are very busy and have appointments scheduled for the specialist immediately following yours.
· Please arrive to your first appointment 10-15 minutes early to fill out paper work. Also, please set enough time aside to arrive to all of your appointments on time to ensure that you can receive you full treatment.
· Please keep in mind that our evening and weekend appointments book up quickly so it may be necessary to book your appointment in advance.
· If your certificate has expired, we will offer you 40% off of the normal service for Smart Circle Guests. Groupon, Travelzoo, etc can use their certificate for the value paid toward the same service or any other service of an hour or more.
· Substitution of any service is allowed with a $15 exchange fee.
