Congratulations on your Eternal Youth Wellness Boutique experience! Please try to schedule all your appointments in advance as we are exclusive and work by appointment only. Unlike some spas gratuity is not included in the cost of your service and is customary and appreciated!! All cancellations must be 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No Shows or Cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting any discount or gift certificate and will result in a $25 fee per service booked. Please understand that any discounts we offer are a courtesy and can change at any time. If you are a member or buy a package of 5 or more we offer savings, unfortunately we cannot offer that savings without either of those stipulations. If you are late to an appointment you will receive the remainder of your time, we are very busy and have appointments following so it is important to remain on a schedule.
